Building a Powerful Combination of Trade Expertise and AI

At KYG Trade, we believe the future of global trade management depends on more than just technology. The most effective solutions combine advanced software with professionals who understand the realities of trade compliance, customs operations, export controls, international logistics, and enterprise transformation.
As organizations face increasing complexity across tariffs, sanctions, forced labor requirements, and supply chain risks, the need for practical expertise has never been greater. That’s why KYG Trade continues to invest in experienced professionals. Our burgeoning roster now boasts multidisciplinary expertise spanning global trade compliance, customs operations, trade technology, logistics, and artificial intelligence.
Today, we’re pleased to highlight four professionals whose experience strengthens our ability to help customers navigate an increasingly complex global trade environment with confidence.
Christopher Cole: Strengthening Export Controls Expertise
KYG Trade recently welcomed Christopher Cole, a licensed attorney and international trade compliance leader with over 12 years of experience. He has provided guidance on export controls and trade compliance across sectors as diverse as aerospace, defense, telecommunications, electronics, and technology.
Prior to joining KYG Trade, Christopher served as a manager within EY’s Global Trade practice, where he advised multinational organizations on export, import, and sanctions compliance programs. His experience includes export jurisdiction and classification, ITAR and EAR compliance, export licensing, sanctions compliance, compliance assessments, investigations, and regulatory projects conducted across more than 18 countries.
Christopher’s background strengthens KYG Trade’s ability to support organizations operating in highly regulated export environments where accuracy, governance, and defensible compliance processes are essential.
João Delalibera: Bringing Deep Global Trade Technology and Enterprise Sales Experience
KYG Trade welcomed João Delalibera as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. João brings over 15 years of experience helping organizations address complex trade, tax, legal, and risk management challenges through technology solutions.
Prior to joining KYG Trade, João built an extensive career with Thomson Reuters, where he held multiple leadership positions supporting Global Trade Management solutions and enterprise software sales. Throughout his career, he worked closely with multinational organizations to navigate complex regulatory environments while advancing modernization initiatives across trade and compliance functions.
Most recently, João served as Senior Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on enterprise accounts and the OneSource Tax and Trade portfolio. Over a seven-year period, he achieved an average of 145% quota attainment, generated more than $11 million in expansion revenue, and earned recognition as a three-time President’s Club recipient. He also consistently ranked among the organization’s top-performing sales professionals.
In addition to his global scope, João brings deep regional expertise in the Latin American market, helping organizations navigate complex cross-border trade frameworks, localized fiscal mandates, and customs compliance across key economies in the region.
João has a strong interest in and knowledge of emerging technologies. He completed a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI for Business Applications at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. His background combines extensive enterprise software experience with a growing understanding of AI-driven business transformation.
As organizations increasingly seek to modernize trade operations through automation and AI, João’s combination of global trade technology experience and executive relationship management strengthens KYG Trade’s ability to support strategic customer initiatives.
Graham Hinsche: Delivering Practical Customs and Logistics Experience
KYG Trade also welcomed Graham Hinsche, who brings hands-on experience in customs compliance, tariff classification, and international logistics operations.
Prior to joining KYG Trade, Graham served as an Import Specialist at Expeditors. There, he prepared, reviewed, and filed U.S. Customs entries for high-volume international inbound shipments while supporting compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements. His work included tariff classification, customs valuation, entry documentation, and adapting operational workflows to evolving trade regulations.
Graham has also demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development within the trade community. In 2025, he passed the U.S. Customs Broker License Examination and is currently completing licensure requirements.
Beyond regulatory knowledge, Graham focused on operational efficiency. During his time at Expeditors, he designed and implemented productivity improvements that reduced entry processing time by 20% while improving workflow efficiency across retail operations teams.
With a foundation in economics and practical experience supporting import compliance operations, Graham adds valuable front-line trade expertise to the KYG Trade team.
